The wait time for an appointment is far too long. I don’t know anyone who is happy with the current appointment system.
Suggested improvements
The staff, from the receptionists to the medical practitioners are excellent, but they function within a clumsy, flawed system that is hardly fit for purpose.

Profile
We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
